Each time when you order translation of a letter, just press "Send for translation" button after you wrote a message and filled in all the required fields. The money will be withdrawn from your deposit and will include translation of your letter to a woman and her reply to you. You can always check your balance at your Member area page. The cost of translation is 10 USD for translating one page (up to 2000 characters including spaces). The translation will be performed within 36 hours depending on time difference and amount of translation. Can I pay in any other way rather than with credit card? Yes, you can choose to send money via Western Union, Moneygram or use direct bank transfer. Can money be refunded to me if I stop using your services and my membership hasn't expired yet? We don't refund any money for the unused time of the membership. You cannot transfer unused benefits for the next month either.
